I got a copy of this book because I am interested in many things which are not clearly defined by science. Actually, I have several other books on the subject of development, although few approach it from so many angles as this one.

From business models to technique and improvement exercises, this is a manual for anyone who wants to expand their awareness of the energies and psychic around us all. But it’s not a patronising volume as some books in this genre are wont to be. It points out pitfalls, it doesn’t make promises of creating the next Nostradamous, it’s not a path to untold riches and a life of celebrity.

But what it actually is, is instructional, functional, interesting, philosophical and realistic. Taking you from basic meditative techniques and methodologies, through the various prognostic and psychic development stages, it’s the sort of work which you need to read cover to cover at least once to get the full value from. But the organisation of the book then enables you to use it as a reference or quick look up.

Let me say I have completed courses on healing, awareness and other skills. If I had had access to this book at the time, the courses would have been a lot easier to complete – indeed in a couple of cases the book explains the material and techniques better than the courses.

There are many, many books on this subject; I don’t profess to have read all of them, but of the ones I have read I would highly recommend this as both an introduction and a reference manual for anyone interested in psychic or intuitive arts. I highly commend the writer for a good piece of work.
