I cannot say anything but thanks to JBP for everything he does for this world. His wisdom, teachings and his experience as a clinical phycologist has led him to almost the perfected human being on explaining the Bible, religions, how to avoid Hell and how to reach God. This is a literal but also metaphorical statement and by this I mean he explains how to set your life in order, how to be and how to live so the world will be a better place for you, the others and the next people to come. Start by your self, be the light for you and the others. Get to know your self, fix what's broken and be whole. The world and people around us need bright people to guide them and show them there is a way to strength and greatness no matter how bad our lives can be and end being. The tools to be strong are hidden inside us. We can all unlock em. Thanks for everything you do JBP, I am mostly grateful to know you.

"A man's true delight is to do the things he was made for" Marcus Aurelius
Loved the audiobook. This audiobook can only help a man get better. If you better than this, you'll filter the information and select which things you heard, to reject em. But I am not sure you can be better than the stoics and the most wise people who lived those eras.
