Okay, get your shock let out now, when I tell you that this is a story about a eighteen-year-old, and and a thirty-five-year old man. It seems so miss matched, but in a lot of ways it’s not. But, Aria could not have found a better supposed, one and done, birthday present if she tried. You see, two days before, she turns eighteen, she meets Mr. North. The man trying to gain access, into the artist co-op, where she needs to vote as proxy, for her twenty-five-year-old sister. The sister, she is house sitting for, during the next month. Because he says, a one and done, but when he sees how naive yet, determined, Aria, is. He rather, take care of her, than allow someone to take from her, not only her first time, but her innocence, sweetness, and beliefs. He didn’t want to be, just that guy, to her.

You see, her sister is considered the wild child, as far as her parents are concerned. She is always pushing the envelope. She would be the artsy-fartsy one, like her mom. Aria on the other hand, is like her father. More reserved, business awareness, a homebody to the point, where they live in the suburbs, but they all work, and go to school in the city. You see, Aria’s family is extremely wealthy. Point being, her parents didn’t give her a car for her sixteenth, like her sister, or her seventeenth, you see her dad still drives her to and from school. Meaning after school, instead of hanging out with friends, she goes to daddy’s office, until the end of his work day.

So, Aria is now, looking at this spring break as a way to, really be able to spread her wing. Then, after the co-op meeting when, Ryker comes over to thank her for voting in his favor, and ask her out for a drink. She says, coffee but not in her own neighborhood. Then, she decides to invite him to, her sister’s for, coffee. But, when she gets there, her panic sets in, as to the error of her ways. When she finally confesses to, Ryker, he kisses her, then leaves after she tells him she turns eighteen, in two days. Her dad takes his roll of boundaries a little too far. So, when things finally blow between dad and daughter they really blow big time. Did Ryker go to far with pushing the limits absolutely and he mans up. I give him props. Mom is getting total props too.

Don’t get me wrong Ryker is scandalous at first, the way he is jonesing. But, this Kitty called, Aria, learns quickly how to use all her womanly charm to, wind him nice, and tight. At the same time, she could flip, and turn on the spoiled rich girl, which surprises her sometimes, too. Not her normal. When you smother something eventually, it will want to break free.

I have this book would come across in a normal read but I’m in my trial free audible and this was a good pick narration perfect. Love author’s chat at the end.

This is the first time, I have ever had anything read to me by this author, and I hope it won’t be my last. The narrators are perfect, bravo to them. This starts with a heaviness, in both Kali, and Aiden’s lives. Unfortunately, Kyle, Kali’s twin, is killed in a Jeeping accident. You see Aiden technically meets Kali first, at eight-years-old, but Kyle walks up notices the vibe, and sticks out his hand greeting Aiden and telling him, “You’re my friend first.” Another words stay away from my sister.

This is a phrase he will hear repeated numerous times over the years because everyone knows the way the two, Kali and Aiden, felt about one another. Part of the time I would think he is kidding him but another part believes that he might of not wanted to be left out if his best friend is with his twin. Yet, the sad thing, in the end because she couldn’t be with Aiden she moved away as to not hurt, and ends up loose out on time with him and most of all so does he as you find out later.

But when the comfort each other in a more loving sexual way they both feel guilty and run. As they think about it they realize how long and how hard they have loved one another but missed out on so many years. The reading of Will starts a whole new ball of guilt to fester and open more wounds. See how the author takes you on this unique emotional roller coaster. So, so worth it.

Audible book so worth the trial to get.

Violet, a virgin, attends college where, James a well known sex expert is a professor. Not only that he has written several books pertaining to the subject. She however, had never heard of him which in and of itself is unusual.

Why you may ask? Because for a virgin she is very well versed on Freud the founding father of all things sex in psychology. Not to mention anything else about intercourses she can get her hands on and how it relates to people’s personal relationships.

So, she was in the right class. When she sees James Fitzpatrick she knows she is. She has always liked older men not her peers, who she feels are too immature. James feels an instant connection with her also. Something that has never happened before.

Two very precise individuals who don’t like to lose control can’t seem to hide there infatuation for one another. See where it goes. The narrators added to the picture of the characters making all the more enjoyable.

Outstanding Audi read presentation, Wes & Kai perfect narration by them. The author had just the right one amount of humor, heart, and pain to make this a winner for me. The family unit, the dad made for his daughter, after his wife dies is so nice to read. Garrett wants everything for Syd, but wants to raise a well rounded young woman.

Basically, a Charlie. A Charlie, the woman he has bantered with his whole life. His best friend’s little sister. Vance asked him to watch out for her, but she’s a gorgeous woman now, and it’s getting harder to remember that promise.

Especially, when she has wanted him, since she was a teen. Not only that, she is there when he needs her. See where they are headed, and just how bumpy the road there can be. But, who you think stands in their way, will surprise you.

So worth the read kindle audio app first time using it, it was great!
