Great choice for my road trip

This book starts right out with an unexpected event. Now the story takes you right back into the lives of the main characters. I enjoy the subtle humor and get lost in the world of the future. I drove around an extra 14 minutes before checking into my hotel because I was deep into the ending of the book.
Highly recommend this and also The Grey Zone.

I started listening to this book while cleaning . It swept me into Alice's life in Kentucky and I ended up relaxing in the sun, transported into the twists and turns of some amazing women.

I loved this book. I’m going to use it for my book club. The author did a great job going back in years when the main character was a young adult to her present day. A Sunday I had a list of things to do was instead spent listening to this story. I enjoyed every minute!

I read this book and enjoyed it but needed an audio book to listen to on a recent business trip. Decided to give it a listen and I enjoyed it tremendously the second time around. I stayed up listening till 3:00 am and it was worth dragging my tail through countless speakers the next day. Highly recommend .
