This book was so cute. I loved Billy Boston and Donna, both were wicked cool. The haunting in the book added a little bit of mystery while still keeping the book fun. I don't think I have read a book where the mc's were long-term friends with benefits before the events in the book, so that was an interesting twist of the friends-to-lovers trope. I thought their bedroom action was fun and sexy.

I listened to the book on Audible, the narrators were perfect. I loved Connor Crais as Billy; his accent was exactly how I imagined someone called Billy Boston would sound. I am a fan of Emma Wilder's narration. I have bought books just because she was narrating.

Brynne Weaver is some kind of magician. I am wondering if she may be a kellogg killer, I mean, in B&B the FMC was the Orb Weaver...just saying...don't kill me, your books are a bop.

Leather and Lark overlaps with Butcher and Blackbird enough so we know who is the villain and we know why, also all of the odd vibes we got from Lark and Lachlan in B&B are explained. Lachlan and Lark are meant to be, fight me if you don't think so. I loved how Sloan knows what Lark may be up to but doesn't press, I love how Lark's family knows but also, doesn't press.

The narration is fire. Eric Nolan does a growly Irishman like no other. When I listened to a sample of his narration I was like " Ok, this will be fine" but when I was actually listening to it..........no words.

I give this book all the resin stars, Iknkn.

I really liked this book. I really felt for Luca, she survived such a tragic traumatizing event. I cannot imagine having to live feeling like someone else's death was my fault. I loved her Dr. he was such a warm character. Griffin's letter telling Luca she sucks was so funny. Their letters back and forth were so much fun. I really enjoyed the narration, Jacob Morgan with a British accent? Yes please!

This is the first book I read in the series and even though there are many characters that we we clearly meant to have known before it did stand alone, I just felt more curious and eager to go back and read those books.

I listened to this book, and I'm not going to lie, the main reason I picked it up was because Zachery Webber was one of the narrators. That man could read me the dictionary, and I would be enraptured.

I really felt Aspen's anxiety throughout this story. Roan was such a growly teddy bear, Katie's nickname for him fit to a t. I love a large family in a series because you get to continue to see characters you fell in love with in previous books continue to live their happily ever afters, so I am definitely going to be starting this series from the beginning.

I have never read anything before by Brynne Weaver, but I may have to fix that. I listened to this book on audible while working. The narration was wonderful. The tone and diction for both Sloane and Rowan was on point. The narrators were very emotive and kept me engaged in the story the entire time.

I LOVED this book. It was everything you could possibly want in a dark serial killer romance. I loved their bloody meet cute, the game they decided to play, and the mutual pining. This book was gross and hilarious at the same time. I literally laughed out loud while listening to it.

If you are a fan of authors like Caroline Peckham, Susan Valenty, C.E. Rene, then, this book is for you. It is dark vigilante justice, with a smidge of slapstick humor.

I loved this book when I read it the first time and I loved it when I listened to it. In the beginning, Finnley Cole's narration seemed a little stiff, it could be that I just wasn't used to the cadence of his voice, After a chapter or 2 It felt more natural. I enjoyed Veronica Pace. I really liked the Duet Narration, this is not common in the books I listen to. I like it much better than when they do each other's voices.

I love Paige and Carson. It was clear from the beginning that these two had eyes for each other way back in HS before they even realized it. She was the one person who could see through his facade and he could not figure her out. I love a enemies to lovers/forced proximity/fake relationship story. Paige is fresh off a bad relationship and is trying to figure out how to value herself. Both Paige and Carson have some childhood trauma that affects how they interact with other people. I love seeing them open up to each other revealing some potent trauma that they both continue to work through together. Overall this was a great story. It was not heavy with the sports theme, which I like because frankly, sometimes that really bogs down a good book. I would highly recommend you pick this up.

I have not really read (or listened to) a lot of historical romance recently so, this book was a change of pace for me. I found Sadie Provost easy to listen to, I liked the tone and cadence of her voice. My only criticism of the recording is that I would have preferred a duel narration, sometimes when Sadie performed the male characters it took me out of the story a little because I am used to 2 narrators, but that is personal preference and is not a negative critique of this recording.

I really enjoyed the story, I am not going to lie I was pretty happy when Mina's husband died. He was terrible. West and Mina had chemistry from the beginning, even before her husband passed away. At first I was appalled by how Mina was treated by the other people on the wagon train, I had to remind myself that this was a very different time. I was genuinely surprised by the villains motivation, even though I figured out who was behind the mishaps, I can honestly say I did not see that coming.

This is not my first Megan Quinn book, but the first I have read in this series and I didn't feel lost, so this can definitely be read as a stand alone.

I love how unapologetically herself Ollie is, she is confident, fun and honest. She was the perfect match for Silas, she pushed for him to be able to open up about what happened to him and she didn't pity him. She showed him so much compassion and was able to build him up in a way no one else would have been able to. This book had so many of my favorite tropes- sports, grumpy/sunshine. age gap, fake relationship, meet cute.

I listened to the book on audible and I really liked the dual narration. There were times when I had to crank the volume up because there were times I couldn't really hear Jason Clark but I do love the tone of his voice.

Secret Sin should be read after Silent Vows but honestly, it stands alone pretty well. We met both Bishop and Pippa in Silent Vows, Pippa is Noemi's cousin and Bishop is a part of Connor's organization, so they are familiar with each other. When the two of them have a spicy encounter Pippa is down for a one night stand but when Bishop discovers she was a virgin he decides that he will be her one and only. I love the two of them together Pippa is fun and saucy, Bishop is over the top protective and possessive which makes their interactions fun and hot.

I was so genuinely surprised by how much I loved this book. The title of this book vs the contents threw me a little. I was expecting something that tipped heavy to the spicy vs story content, we got both in spades. The story was so engaging. I loved Veronica's openness and how she embraced her sexuality unabashedly even though she was a virgin. Not only did we have the initial meet cute in with the cake but it doubled down with the bike/devil panties incident. So, we got 2 meet cutes, a woman who is confident and sensual, open minded individuals who communicate relatively well, a secret identity, spice, fun banter, boss/employee, pet lovers, career driven people who also value personal life. This book is the best kind of spicy romcom. I know I said the title threw me but I could not think of a better title for this book.

I have listened to quite a few books narrated by Teddy Hamilton and I don't have any complaints. Vanessa Edwin is the perfect voice for Veronica Valentine. She sounds cheeky and fun, which is the perfect tone for this book.
