Powerful Messages everyone needs to hear
Revisado: 04-20-23
Engaging and informative, thought provoking and challenging. needed to hear every word to help me grow. JEDI is complex and worth every bit of effort. I learned a lot! Loved the author's narration.
The personal stories are full of courage - and encouragement. The challenges are so real and I came away with ideas of how be a better me in the JEDI space. I'm recommending it as an excellent read for everyone in my world. Thanks for shining the light and being the light.

Historia
In Being Mortal, best-selling author Atul Gawande tackles the hardest challenge of his profession: how medicine can not only improve life but also the process of its ending. Medicine has triumphed in modern times, transforming birth, injury, and infectious disease from harrowing to manageable. But in the inevitable condition of aging and death, the goals of medicine seem too frequently to run counter to the interest of the human spirit.

I need to understand about other people's life experiences and this was a good resource. I love rowing so I found this particularly engaging.
