I couldn't tell you how many times I've listened to this on YouTube. It's a whole different beast in the actual book forms. The temptation to review poorly is strong, though, with the loss of Rita.

Interesting Finale Indeed.

Much of the story was rather predictable, though with plenty to discover was not as expected. Much as a certain god learned firsthand. Honestly, I'm rather pleased with how this series went, and an rather curious as to whether or not we will get a new series to explain Epilogue 2 one day. Here's hoping we do!

A bit more drama-pushing than strictly necessary, but I still loved the story. The last few minutes of it were truly an "Oh Sh-" moment, and I'm ready for book 3 already, if only to see where it takes this. Speaking of... We don't have proof, but I know it was you, Dozer! I can't wait for you to get your due justice! lol

I can't rightly say I enjoyed this one as much as the previous books. It started fine enough, sure, but the latter half of the book... I dunno, it turned me off.

I'm really enjoying this series, honestly. Kinda sad I didn't get to hear Kelly's wedding, given she's my favorite girl behind Scarlet, but it was still great. This book had a lot of twists I wasn't expecting at ALL, but it still managed to work out!

A Very Fun Story

I am quite the fan of the way this book played out. Minor spoiler, but I find myself slightly saddened that he did not remain on that world and sorta integrate himself with that pantheon. That's fine, though. Here's hoping for a sequel?

Good, but not AS good.

I truly enjoyed the first book of the series. I came into this one, excited for how Jaeger would continue growing. The first few chapters were alright. Then it took a nosedive. Fortunately for the story, I felt it started picking up again in the last section of the story. I do intend to buy and listen to the next book when it comes out, and NOT just because this one left off on a bull**** cliffhanger! Haha

Enjoyable

Jack's a great narrator in my eyes. This story was quite entertaining as well! Always have been a canine lover, myself. My only issue is Jack's speech method for the pucks. That stuttering speech is rough to listen to. Made the last chapter seem like it was dragging on for ages! Haha! I'll still be getting book 2, though.
