Historia
Meghan Decker is a woman who is attracted to women. She is also married to an amazing man, and together they are each committed to their faith, their covenants, and their testimony of Jesus Christ and his church. Growing up, Meghan could not see how her deep spiritual faith and her attraction to women could coexist. But after decades of shame, denial, and hiding, Meghan came to accept this part of herself. She realized that while she can't decide to change her sexual orientation, she can decide how to respond to the circumstances of her life.

Must read for all LDS members

Beautifully written, beautifully narrated. It is hard to find an LGBT positive book that is also faith affirming. Typically society feels the two are mutually exclusive, but Meghan Decker shows that they are not.

Historia
The greatest athletic performances spring from the mind, not the body. Elite athletes have known this for decades, and now science is learning why it's true. In his fascinating new book, How Bad Do You Want It?, coach Matt Fitzgerald examines more than a dozen pivotal races to discover the surprising ways elite athletes strengthen their mental toughness.

Best Sports Psychology Book I’ve Ever Read!
Revisado: 06-24-18
I would recommend this book to any endurance athlete. It was inspirational, well written, well performed and full of “ah-ha!” moments.
I’m already looking forward to reading this again as I prepare for my next race!

Humorous Writing, Entertaining Adventures
Revisado: 06-24-18
I enjoyed this book more than other typical running books because it was meant to be mainly a book of fun accounts and running adventures rather than an inspirational book of amazing feats. It makes the average runner want to go out and find crazy adventures within the running community.

Historia
Put a stop to self-sabotage and overcome your fears so that you can gain the confidence you need to reach your goals and become your own best friend. Too many people seem to believe that they are not allowed to put themselves first or go after their own dreams out of fear of being selfish or sacrificing others' needs. The Self-Love Experiment rectifies this problem. Whether you want to achieve weight loss, land your dream job, find your soul mate, or get out of debt, it all comes back to self-love and accepting yourself first.

Not for me.
Revisado: 06-24-18
Perhaps it would have been a better book to read rather than listen to so that I could hear it in my own voice. The author’s voice and deliverance was distracting for me personally so I found that I could only stand it in small chunks.
Aside from the performance, I felt like the entire book was circumventing something but never really getting there. Almost like an “I did it, and you can too!” book. I found it a bit repetitive and even contradictory at times. There were some good pieces of advice but mainly fluff mixed with personal stories I found it hard to connect with and motivational quotes.
