The problem is most students focus on learning the wrong vocabulary. The idea of reading dictionaries to increase vocabulary is the old way of learning. It’s boring, not arranged into topics, plus there’s pages and pages of words you’ll hardly ever use.

It gets the job done, but the pronunciation is horrendous, the sing-songy voice becomes quite annoying after about 10 minutes, there are multiple repeated words, and there are numerous grammatical errors on the accompanying PDF.
