Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Maybe. It was a good book, but I felt it was argumentative at many points. That would be a huge turnoff for believers. There were many great points and several chapters that were well phrased and enlightening.
What does Richard Dawkins and Lalla Ward bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I don't think another speaker would have done it justice. It brought a personal view.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No, it's much too long and can only be consumed in small amounts.

What made the experience of listening to Stop Binge Eating with Subliminal Affirmations the most enjoyable?
It was very nice to fall asleep to the sounds. I was currently trying to diet and eat more healthy which I did. I'm not sure if this helped or if it was sheer will-power.
Any additional comments?
It is a short "book" with soothing sounds that will help you sleep. I listened to it over and over for a couple of weeks. It is so nice for sleepless nights. I'm not sure if it helps with the binge eating, but I rarely splurge any more. Hmmm.

This was a free trial, and I liked the way it flowed, but it was so short that I am not comfortable paying for any other units.

Yes, it is only a tiny section to give you a taste.

I was impressed with the way it was presented and the ease of learning. I am still trying to decide if I want to spend money on future sections that may also be very short.
