The way this book started I really didn't know what it was going to lead into. I love Evie. She is a female lead with an attitude that seems to plunge headfirst into situations yet she guards her heart and secrets. Her friends she makes along the way are a barrel of laughs and love and you get attached to each and every one of them. I hope there is a second book after this.. I have so many questions still unanswered and people I want to see together. This is just a great listen overall with great narrorators and a lively story to keep you entangled until the end.

Steamy.. yet pulled my heartstrings

I listened to this whole series not really knowing what to expect. I can say it takes you on a wild ride. From the beginning when you meet River and find out why she has so much vengeance in her heart to meeting each one of the guys that are all different. There is A LOT of steamy sessions. You fall in love with the characters, get mad at their choices, cry when things are high strung, and then cheer when the dust settles. The storytelling overall is fantastic. The world building is detailed but not so much that you will get confused. If you are fond of the series Den of Vipers, I feel that you will love this too. I do not want to give anything away in this review which is why it's a bit bland. However, give this book a read if you love reverse harems, bad ass female leads, and having 4 gorgeous men and dog at your fingertips.

Great Story that kept me hooked

If you like The selection,and The Hunger Games, and even Divergent, ten you will like this book. It has a main Character who is strong but also still needs help. She is beautiful but not overly so. And it has enough action and a bit of violence to keep it incredibly interesting!
