Historia
Bringing the magic and suspense of the All Souls Trilogy to a deeply satisfying conclusion, this highly anticipated finale went straight to number one on the New York Times best seller list. In The Book of Life, Diana and Matthew time-travel back from Elizabethan London to make a dramatic return to the present - facing new crises and old enemies. At Matthew’s ancestral home, Sept-Tours, they reunite with the beloved cast of characters from A Discovery of Witches - with one significant exception.

This series is one of my favorites. I fully recommend them all. My only complaint is I want more! I really wish she would continue the series.

Historia
When Prudence Alessandra Maccon Akeldama ("Rue" to her friends) is bequeathed an unexpected dirigible, she does what any sensible female under similar circumstances would do: she christens it the Spotted Custard and floats off to India. Soon she stumbles upon a plot involving local dissidents, a kidnapped brigadier's wife, and some awfully familiar Scottish werewolves.

wonderfully wonderful!!!!!
Revisado: 07-01-15
The story was wonderful as all of Gail Carriger ' s books are. The new performer took a bit to get used to after the other books but it does make sense that the daughter shouldn't sound like the mother. Get them all! You will only regret having to wait for the next one! I've listened to her books more then once and will keep doing so.

wonderful!
Revisado: 03-14-15
What made the experience of listening to The Void the most enjoyable?
Oh so many things. The series is amazing.
What does Shannon McManus bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
She does a southern accent well. Not to heavy but musical.
Any additional comments?
Take a chance on this series! I really don't understand the bad reviews, I will listen again.
