Lots of great ideas and psychological research cited here, some I was familiar with, some I wasn’t.

Hard to give this 5 stars. Feels like I paid for a book and the most important pages were missing.
The book says “see page 21 and 22” or “see list of resources in the back of this book, refer to charts 3, and things like that but doesn’t provide the accompanying pdf. Really annoying.
Also referenced som audiobooks.com/frugal and that website didn’t show anything
