Historia
With millions watching on live stream, a retired British school teacher running his heroic young battlemage avatar, Daxx, and his teammates—Qrysta, an Asian American dual-wielding sword dancer, and Grell, an Australian Orc—win the World Championship of Sword and Sorcery. Next thing he knows, he finds himself alone in the middle of a wilderness he doesn’t recognize, with no sign of the others. Armed only with a crappy sword he has no idea how to use, and in beginner-level gear, he discovers, to his astonishment, that he is now his own avatar, Daxx. For real.

I found this book enjoyable
Revisado: 06-14-24
As in a lot of books you read there’s quite a bit of backwards and forwards repeating of thoughts and words.. when you subject to listening to every single word, it becomes very noticeable and irritating.
That being said it is a different take on litrpg in which I quite enjoyed..The Author did a fine job of narrating..though sometimes it was hard to distinguish between characters especially between men and women and between soft and loud sounds.
The characters were entertaining. The dialogue was funny at times and the book flowed well… I’m looking forward to the authors second book.

Harem for a 14-year-old???? Wtf
Revisado: 05-21-24
This book is geared for a teenagers except for the harem issue, I don’t understand why the author thinks a 14-year-old should’ve had those stupid relationships… All I could do was skip over those pages. I just felt it was a filler and nonsense…also there are a A lot of words and sentences repeated again and again which can be very boring.. The story tended to get bogged down in day-to-day life… But I did give it a three star, even though it was irritating.. there is something about it I liked… I’m still thinking what…

Historia
An Ensign in the navy is a Pilot Officer in fighters, and both are entry level officer ranks, and rarely ever paid any attention to. A squadron of Ensigns is a contradiction in terms, especially to the new influx of experienced pilots from new Imperium members. But the team are too busy with Eagle Wing to notice the changes happening around them. Magic in combat changes the dynamic. But every time one side gains an advantage, the other will adapt somehow. As the first of the new Excalibur squadrons ready for combat, Bud and his squadron must lead. But who is the real enemy?

I like Neil Hellegers...But!
Revisado: 05-30-21
I like Neil in the Good and Bad guy series ..This not so much..Main reason.. hard to tell who was talking..I’ve had to restart the book several time. (I’m sure he will adjust and the narration will be great)
All in All I miss the simplicity of the first 4 books..Those were basically about our main characters...Now in the new 5th and 6th books we are getting dragged down by three or four different scenarios and once in awhile get to hear what’s happing to our main dude’s... Our MCs are so briefly in the 5th and 6th realms that I am losing interest...I feel let down...just saying
(Not sure if I will continue)
