This was an incredible story of family, sacrifice a mother (especially a single mother) takes on and bring that to a boil with hardships of racism. It was beautifully told with a wonderful narrator.

Charming Love Story

This is the epitome of a romance novel. I enjoyed the narrator's performance. The story dragged a bit as it divluvged characters' thoughts and personalities but gave a wallop in the end. The last few chapters made it all with it.

Skeptical but Happy

I was quite skeptical about listening to a book solely based on an advice column collection. and honestly it took me the first few hours to feel comfortable listening to strangers issues but I found myself getting excited and even impatient to get back to the book when I had to pause it. I would listen to the original letter and wonder how I would respond, pondering my life to decide if I have insight or experience and how the response impacts my feelings on the subject. it is truly tiny beautiful things.

My Favorite Pension Club

I was so excited to find out what my old pals were up to and what case they would crack this time. They certainly did not disappoint. I admire how the reader learns more about each character in each volume. I was a little surprised that there was a new voice, thankfully it only took a few chapters to adjust. It felt as she whispered for part of the reading, had to adjust the volume. overall, I loved it all.
