Historia
We made some incorrect assumptions about work, and those assumptions are killing us. We allowed a narrative that is solely about earnings to replace what we know to be true about human motivation. Human beings are hardwired to seek purpose, but according to data, most people don't feel a sense of purpose in their work. Work has become a grind, an endless series of tasks that lack meaning.

still not sure if its a robot or real voice.
reading out list after list is clearly not the way to create an audio book. spend a bit more on a voice artist and understand that reading out your own promotional book is not inspiring.
i advice the auther to take her own advice customer first!
better listen to "start with why"

Predictably Irrational is an intriguing, witty and utterly original look at why we all make illogical decisions. Why can a 50p aspirin do what a 5p aspirin can't? If an item is free, it must be a bargain, right? Why is everything relative, even when it shouldn't be? How do our expectations influence our actual opinions and decisions? In this astounding audiobook, behavioural economist Dan Ariely cuts to the heart of our strange behavior....

nice reed but hate the background music
Revisado: 01-12-20
I liked the book its quite interesting.
On a more general lever I don’t like it when there is music in the background.
In this audiobook its not a lot but still if I want music I’ll play my own and for me its only annoying and not helping in any way.
Please don’t put background music in audio books!
