All adults should learn these lessons! It's about how to get along with others on a day-to-day basis. If more people learned and applied these lessons, the world would be a better place to live. A must-read or listen! And the narrator has a great voice, too!

To put yourself in other people's shoes. By thinking through how the other person feels and thinks BEFORE talking to them about an issue, we will have a better understanding about how to approach them.
