Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD),a book written by Nick Johnson and James Smith with a lot of intelligence and thorough studies concerning disorders mostly affecting men.

The book clearly outlines how a man can self-diagnose that he is suffering from ADHD by stating the symptoms associated with ADHD.
A book for ADHD goes further to state how an ADHD can help himself by strengthening the relationship in the environment that he is in,whether with family,friends or at work place as well as how he can manage to courageously accept himself with the condition and have all the responsibilities done well as expected of him.

I would highly recommend any ADHD man to have this book and listen to enable him accept himself, strengthen relationships and manage responsibilities as he is supposed to.

It's amazingly beautiful how the book deeply explains on how a person can lose weight through guided meditations as well as accepting oneself and taking a step to change through guided meditation.
How well the explanation and a series of steps to take towards achieving the always desired.
Mindful hypnosis as a way to enhance deep sleep is amazingly beautiful.
I would like to highly recommend anyone seeking to lose weight to embrace the book and see changes.
Those of seeking deep sleep and reducing the level of anxiety to also find ways to through guided meditation and mindful hypnosis as explained in this book.

A very wise statement,"anxiety in the mind shows up in the body as stress" very true. Through hypnosis and guided meditation,minds will always be relaxed avoiding stresses.
