I’ve never felt so seen, understood, and enlightened by a book like I was by this one.
Revisado: 06-05-23
I am a therapist, and I decided to read this book because it was written by a therapist about therapy. I could not have guessed that this book was going to be as amazing as it was. It made me laugh; it made me cry. It taught me things about myself that I had never even considered. This book covers topics like mental health, grief, death, loss, chronic illness, terminal illness, parental relationships, toxic relationships, domestic abuse, narcissism, addiction, and many other difficult topics. The author was knowledgeable and likable; she was also strikingly human. I would recommend this book to everyone; but especially people who are considering therapy, going to therapy, or even (or maybe especially) therapist themselves. I think this book should be mandatory for anyone deciding to be a therapist. I can’t rave about it enough!

Interesting story, well performed
Revisado: 05-25-23
The story was a good one, lots of twists. It could have flowed a bit better as its a bit disjointed. Voice performances were good! My favorite was the voice of Leo.

Great Idea, left with questions
Revisado: 05-07-22
I love the idea and I like the trilogy overall but the last book leaves me with more questions than answers.
