No family, except his recovering drug addict of a sister. On a Sunday morning drive, he sees a homeless man locked out of a church service, banging on the door. He stops and offers the guy a cup of coffee. He asks the man his name, and the guy says Yeshua. As in, Jesus.

Historia
Lazarus occupies a surprising position in the Gospel accounts. Widely known as the man Jesus raised from the dead, his story is actually much broader and richer than that. Living as he did at Bethany, near Jerusalem, Lazarus was uniquely placed to witness the swirl of events around Jesus. When Jesus Wept, the first novel in The Jerusalem Chronicles series by best-selling authors Bodie and Brock Thoene, unfolds the turbulent times in Judea during Jesus' ministry, centering on the friendship between Jesus and Lazarus.

good book
Revisado: 06-22-16
Good read (listen). Lags a bit in places, a bite to much detail. But well done over all. Narration was good. amplifies what is in the Bible for the sake of the story but believable. I was a bit hesitant when the book started, but it was decided as a novel it was okay

didn't finish, due to unnecessary offense language. know it was unabridged version, I enjoy the genre but most authors find it isn't necessary to use this type of language.
