Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

That was a good narration. I like the ideas presented in the book. It was fresh ideas for me. It makes me check my old files in terms of operation and basically check what processes can make it better and drop those that causes delay and operation downtime.

What did you like best about this story?

Being in a manufacturing company is a tough one since competition is high and some raw materials are imported that's why I can't afford a single No Good label. This book gives me a better idea how to focus more on better production by simply checking those data and finalizing what should be apply, and what should be remove.

Any additional comments?

I have clearly visualize that there are redundant process and when I finalized this plan, it will surely eliminate those stuffs that are not needed. I realized that we are also over staffing.
