I wish they would find a new narrator for this series. This one sounds like an unenthusiastic lecturer, and her "male" voice is how we mocked boys in middle school.

I've come to expect better from Tess Gerritsen.
This. Was. Trash.
I kept hoping it would get better, but it's just an awful mess. And the narrator, ugh! She goes back and forth between sounding robotic and sounding bored. Very disappointing all the way around.
