If you could sum up Making Your Mind Magnificent: in three words, what would they be?

Enlightening, Revolutionary,User-friendly

What did you like best about this story?

Steven Campbell takes a complex subject (Our Mind) and breaks it down into bite sized and easily understood pieces. As a former University professor he clearly understands how people learn. This is demonstrated with his having short and entertaining chapters ending with a review and points to reflect on. I found this extremely helpful given the profound and elaborate nature of the subject .

Have you listened to any of Steven Campbell’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I purchased his book a while back and then decided to also purchase his audio book.
Given we learn through the pictures we see (in our minds eye) and the words we hear I thought having a copy of each would only help to reinforce my understanding of this fascinating subject.

What did you learn from Making Your Mind Magnificent: that you would use in your daily life?

He discusses how our minds work and how they learn. His 15 Brain Principles succinctly outline how we can crack the code to our thoughts so that in the end our brain is not driving the bus but we are.

Any additional comments?

As a Life and Mindfulness Coach I would recommend this book to my clients. Often they deal with issues of poor self image and negative self talk. This book addresses these concerns and so much more! This is a must read.
