Historia
Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life by Marshall Rosenberg presents a method of communication free from judgments or demands, which results in more productive interactions for all parties involved. The practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) encourages connection through compassionate conversation, both with others and with ourselves, and Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, founder of The Center for Nonviolent Communication and a global educator, uses this book to introduce us to the NVC process he’s developed.

good summary of the book i very dislike
Revisado: 02-07-22
good summary of the book i very dislike. i find original book oversimplified beyond offending. it is only interesting reading original book as a text you need to improve and enrich. thats easy objective because when you hear it, you get the point but its cheap and weak. e. g: I am irritated my your messy room - how is that not aggressive? ok, lets close the book, waste of time.

too basic. not suitable for business negotiations.
Revisado: 10-29-18
i already know all from this book from life learnong experience. book os for beginners. in modern life we have unpleasant situations that easily anger us anf depression etc.
Many people are on higher level tjan this book is. and developed highly logical and inteligent negotiation skills to disarm angry people.
if you are business man w 10-20 meetings per day, skip this book. it gives no concrete techniques to handle it. i advise to look into business negitiation books where attitude is focused on success and brain must be 70% focused oh goal, and 10 % to show why current approach is bad and 30% what would be a failure if we proceed this way.
have a list of allies. analze problematic person" anf if hes not too "far" you can team him up, befrend him/her and qin her/him uo understanding that his misdoing eill dill business and at least his comfort.
on the third point should be presented examples from real life: e.g. i wont keep these cars for you because buz ill sell them to lower payer cpz i dont like you: causing damage to his company ((profit loss) and bigger partner loss. some experienced corps monitor pay lots of attention a d require weekly conzribution reports ans seld assessement validatrd by various party.
it tahes team of people to vortext and make everyonre well placed, lots of strategy or firing of needed.
this is a topberg i could have written and i know people in real life who handle this in few minutes.
this book has no value to me.

Acting in anger is bad, but anger itself is not. It's a communication, like pain: you get angry only when something's wrong. With lots of client stories, this book shows you how anger tries to protect you, and how you can honor its messages. When you improve your relationship with anger, you take better care of yourself, and then - you're no longer angry.

wrong and disturbing examples for this title
Revisado: 10-28-18
talking about anger and taking example of children malesting and putting that under the topic and subject of this title is wrong at least to say.
i expected a psychology book, analysts view to himan behaviour - however i hear dramaric examples. its sick. wooow. more keywords: mother's invasion, marriage issues, emotional claustrophobia, unable to manage relationships - no no no. wrong title. biographical material, nothing to learn from this book.
