Had a hard time listening because it just tells you why (and that’s because of patriarchy, or because women are sad, or because men don’t have power) and it doesn’t offer questions. It’s just a download of liberal garbage. Do not recommend.

I appreciated much of the book, but when Brene start speaking for other cultures and movements… and it’s ALL ALIGNED WITH DEMOCRATS, it seems disingenuous. The book talks about love and empathy hit then points the finger. Hypocritical.

Fun listen. Lots of character.

I’m considered a maverick myself. That’s what they call it on predictive index. The book was written from someone’s perspective that matches my own. He expanded on mindset principles that work for him (but not everyone). I enjoyed cause it felt like an advanced version of me. He’s way way way ahead. The book functions as a compass for people “wired” like us.
