There are other books that go into greater detail, but it is a good overview of what to do for pain management and what is available. What is missing is an ebook that summarizes the suggestions that he gives for further study and a how-to guide for his stretches. He goes through them very quickly and they are not that easy to access in the chapters. It reminds me of trying to access information on a cassette tape; you have to go backward and forward in the app that you use, such as the Amazon Alexa app. It's very clunky and it would be nice to at least be able to use bookmarks. An ebook or some kind of pdf supplement would be very helpful. Other than that problem, I would suggest this for anyone to read.

This has a lot of suggestions to diminish back pain, but it needs a pdf to list the exercises suggested and maybe pictures to show what he is talking about. Also, a list of the foods, herbs, spices, essential oils, etc. would be helpful. The reader is a little stilted, but I did get some great tips to help alleviate back pain.

An Important Piece of History

if it wasn't for the Navaho Codetalkers, WWII would have ended very differently and life would be very different today and not in a positive way. These memoirs by an originall Codetalker in Nez's humble, descriptive words open a whole, new world from his insights. Definite a book to be listened to over and over.
