What a treat for those looking for meditation as a means of transforming and finding answers to questions that truly matter! Listening to this audio book certainly helped me grasp and be reminded of what it means to connect deeper to my selfhood, love, wisdom, and the wholesome experience of being here and now. There were moments when I wished that time would freeze and I could savor the taste of Self like nothing I’ve experienced before. The narrator made it much easier to accept and absorb even the most challenging concepts. I look forward to flowing again in the stream of higher consciousness.
