Light Over Darkness

I absolutely loved each book of the series. I looked forward to the next book each time one would come to a close. I could visualize the characters as if I knew them personally. I cried sometimes and definitely laughed a lot especially over Adam’s. I do not of course believe in witches although I do believe in evil spirits because I’m a Christian and the Bible says we have good as well as bad spirits, but what I most loved as all readers want to see, is the Light always winning over the darkness. Thank you for taking me with you on a ride through Harlot Bay Tess!!!

Deception

I love the way Colleen always brings God into each of her story’s which to me helps make me visualize them more realistically. This book was one of her best that she kept us unaware of the “who dunitl which I love!!! Just as I thought I had figured it out, zap, she gives me another character to make me go, “hmmmm”? Thank you for another beautiful story Colleen!!!

Did You Have To?

I did not finish The Safe Man. I honestly enjoyed the story line and the characters. I could visualize each person and their movements as described and I loved that. I wanted to finish it so badly, but it was ruined for me with all the foul language especially GD. Why? Why does so many authors, writers, and producers believe that the words mean so much more when said with dirt intermingled within the letters? I can deal with some cursing, but every other sentence and sometimes every sentence? I just have to ask, “Why?” Neither here nor there, it is your writing, and I’m sure it probably had a cool ending, but this reader couldn’t be lead there because it was more important for the author to believe, I guess, words are more powerful when spoken in slanderous volumes than on point of disparaging.

Finding Peace

It seems there is no peace really for those touched by these two boy’s lives. Two men having terrible childhoods v/s two young men who had the best childhoods. The winners, well no one of course and sadly that is truly how life is. God is and will always be in control of life and thankfully HE should be, b/c we have proven over and over again and again we HIS children are so not capable no matter how we try or don’t try. Peace is offered to everyone and comes to everyone once you choose it in Jesus Christ. So when, b/c it will happen, bad things happen to everyone your peace will be only when you look into Jesus’ face and not in ourselves and others 💜🙏💜

Person In The Rack

I have loved Nancy Drew Mysteries since I was a teenager, so I was excited to find more books in audible. The clean suspense of the way each scene plays out kept me happy for the positive and listening for the clues. I really love when I can’t figure out the “Who Done It” until they reveal it and that was the case w/this very well written Nancy Drew mystery.
