Point Blank Review
Revisado: 07-10-23
Coulter's action scenes are always exceptional but this book doesn't flow quite as well as the earlier ones in this series. Her new characters were enjoyable and well developed and the narration was excellent.

One of the most enjoyable Stone Barrington novels!
Revisado: 11-14-22
The plot was original and it was more engaging than several of his previous books. The focus was on the action with much less redundant trivia about what meals were being consumed and the emphasis on the frequent bedroom action. It reminded me of the finest Stewart Woods books from earlier in his career. Woods is still a talented writer!

Last Few Chapters Rewarding
Revisado: 08-18-22
Overall, there was too much repetition with restaurant and bar scenes interspersed about every other chapter to keep the plot f!owing. This became tedious and unimaginative to me. I'm a fan of books with more action and ongoing plot twists. Stone Barrington has become little more than an exceedingly rich womanizer. That foundation has definitely lost its appeal. Woods does write beautifully and I have loved a number of his books. i do wish the author would create a new main character than wasn't based on 1960 ideals!
