Historia
Since its first publication in 1989, Matt Kramer's extraordinarily accessible guide to wine has become a classic. Where others talk jargon about centrifuges, steel tanks, and acidity levels, Kramer talks about wine itself. The result is an enriching experience that goes far beyond knowing how to read a label or impress a waiter.

Good Slightly Dry Overview
Revisado: 11-12-15
As has been noted by others the performance is a little one note, didn't bother me terribly. The material was a tad dry but seemed to cover the basics. I wish there had been a little more about types of wine and their characteristics. Overall, I'm glad I listened and I'm looking forward to learning more from other sources.

Historia
Why are some people and organizations more innovative, more influential, and more profitable than others? Why do some command greater loyalty from customers and employees alike? Even among the successful, why are so few able to repeat their successes over and over? People like Martin Luther King Jr., Steve Jobs, and the Wright Brothers might have little in common, but they all started with why.

A Good Message - But Can Get Slightly Redundant
Revisado: 04-17-15
I really appreciated the message of this book. It was a powerful example of how important our intent is with any endeavor and how speaking and building everything around that intent creates profound results.
The examples get slightly redundant, but help to bring the message home. It caused me to ponder and change how I approach any new endeavor and how I build teams based on a why instead of a what it how.
I would recommend this for anyone interested in best practices in leadership - well worth adding to a leadership library.
