Great book about ratios, factors, and indicators that support value investing approach with the historical data to back it up. If you want to learn more about Buffett style investing, this is a good one to read.

I read this book multiple times, it's that good

You have never read a book like this before. Financial concepts explained in detail that are easy to understand even if you don't have a business degree. Even though the focus of the book is to help you understand how Warren Buffett picks investments, you could actually apply these rules and financial concepts to your personal finances as well. This is probably the most interesting business book I have ever read. You actually get to look behind the curtain and see the chef's secrets.

The best book on early retirement at this time. The author goes into the the small details you would want to know to make early retirement happen. Also, there were some bigger concepts I thought I understood, but actually didn't, until I read this book. The author explains all the financial strategies and tax rules in easy to understand language.

No filler in this one. If you aren't making meaningful money in real estate, read this book. Would highly recommend reading Ricky's first book Zero to Diamond first before reading this book - you will better understand the tactics and strategies he describes in List to Last.
