Advice seems legitimate

Just bought my first home in an over inflated market and with a high interest rate. The total amount that would be paid over the course of 30 years seems daunting. I listened to this book with the intention of gaining insight at how I can save time and money and be a legitimate homeowner instead of have the title while the bank truly owns it.
His advice of getting a HELOC or PLOC makes sense in theory. To be very honest though, it makes me a little nervous since taking out another loan and paying that off would seriously stretch my families budget. At the same time, the thought of going the traditional route of just paying the minimum mortgage sounds stupid and that makes me nervous too.
I know the ultra wealthy maneuver in ways most people don’t think about or are too scared to attempt so with that all being said this will be advice I’ll be taking. I don’t think I’ll be able to truly own my home in 3 years, but even if I get this paid off in 10 years I will have set my family up massive future success.

Starting halfway through chapter 9 the audio breaks and starts playing a screeching white noise. Damn near crashed my car when that banshee like noise started blaring through my speakers. I tried skipping to chapter 10 and 1 minute in the noise started again. I’m not going to continue listening, which is a shame because I was enjoying the story and information
