This book, this series, had the best of the banter, an interesting magic system, and all the love with great spice. I didn’t want it to end and would love to stay in this new world with them. It was so easy to listen to and follow and Lisette is quite honestly in my top three favorite authors.

I love Summer’s narration and wouldn’t want anyone else to have done this series. She did a voice for every character and never once faltered or steered away from the character voices through all four books, which I have found other narrators sometimes forget or drop from book to book. Thank you and wonderful job!

This series is severely under hyped and find a lot of times when I ask my book friends about it they haven’t heard of or read it. So, I recommend it if you are looking for a bit of action mixed with all of the enemies to lovers vibes and banter your little heart will appreciate! Just do it! You won’t regret it

Hilarious and action focused

Okay this series is not my normal listen,I’m not usually an adult fantasy reader… and it’s actually so far from my normal listen I almost dnf’d it half way through the first book. Then I met Hadreal. I found myself laughing out loud to almost everything he said and the characters become such a big happy family with all the grit and fierceness you want in a dragon story I couldn’t leave it alone, I had to see how they came out on the other side. It’s sexy, it’s hilarious, it’s found family, protective alpha hole and so much more. KF Breene did such a great job writing these characters. The narrators were so spectacular! Like I almost didn’t want a male narrator because I loved the way Tillie did all the different voices but I did love the depth Tyler brought, so it was good. Anyway, it’s a good series , read it, k bye!

This was cute. I can see why people say they laughed at certain parts. It was that awkward funny that you just can’t believe that’s what happened. Almost hallmark-esk. It’s an easy listen, the narrator was amazing and so perfect for this part! I’m glad I gave it a listen

… that relationships were as dreamy, unconditional, and easy as when Lily Chu writes them. Every single one of your books has flown by for me and it makes my heart hurt and get butterflies and I love it. It is what it is and it’s not super messy and I love that. This book was huge on so many levels and I don’t think you could have written it any better. It’s hard to know that there are people out there like this. I love Di and Teddy. I love how easy it is to listen to Phillipa. I really hope you do more and i will devour those as well! ❣️

Why is Sarah J Maassss… I’m wrecked. Whenever I read anything Maas I bawl my eyes out. She is a genius… i just started. I can’t believe I waited so long. Well it’s because of the hang over. Why. I’m in awe. You need to read it, go now. Read it. Or listen. Elizabeth Evan’s is my favorite narrator hands down. She is so good. Ugh…GO NOW!

Good book made read by a great narrator!

Man, people on here are cruel. I don’t care what anyone says Rebecca did an amazing job reading this book. When I am reading and they are in the thick of it I want to feel that emotion because that is what it would sound like to me if I were reading the actual text. If you don’t like the way she reads okay fine, but you don’t need to be cruel. Go read the actual book then. Great Job Rebecca I love you, you tore my heart out with your emotion and can’t see anyone else reading moving forward.

That being said, book tok ruined some of this book for me. Especially the ending. I should have just turned it off until I was done… but here we are.

This is a typical second book with a lot more info and some really big moments. It took me a little bit to get through the book mainly because we get a lot of in between moments but also because I didn’t want to see what happens. Rebeca Yarros is tearing my heart out with this one and it’s only two… where is this going to go? How are we going to move forward? Why?????? So many questions, so many cliff hangers. What the actual heck…

I love love loved this one. Saga and Aries story is so good. There are some triggers warnings that you should check into if you are sensitive to that. But LJ has touched on some of those things in other books. This one more so. I cried, laughed and loved every second of this. I can’t wait to hear the next one! What a cliffhanger.

I have to be honest I’m not always a romance type. I like epic fantasy where there is action and suspense and some love.

I kept seeing snippets of this story and have had it in my tbr for a long time… I’m in a little bit of a slump. I haven’t had the best luck so far with finding my next big read I have a bunch of series waiting on the next book… blah blah blah..
when I tell you, I laughed, I cried, and fell in love with this book it would only be touching the surface. The narrator’s couldn’t have been more perfect with such raw chemistry just in their voices… like this pairing was so perfect. And the story flowed and there wasn’t a lot of swooning or worry it was just straight up lovely passion… ugh! I am almost scared to go to the second book because please how could anything work against that. You won’t be sad if you pick this up. I’m glad I stepped out of my usual.

I have to say I was a little bummed at the beginning when Tim and Stina dropped some of the voices they were doing from the other books. I do understand that a reason for this might be because some of the characters aren’t as prominent in the rest of the book, however it made it confusing in the beginning and I well I was a little salty because I love their characters. The story was great. Some repetitive love declarations but the rest of the story made up for it! I am excited for the next book!
