I am one of those people who is addicted to stories about the pursuit of serial killers. I expected this book to be about that with all the attendant forensics, etc. that is usual in that genre. This book is more about life on the road with an uplifting story about redemption for truckstop prostitutes who are more likely than not to have been victims of abuse and deserve help not punishment. Frank is a stalwart in the pursuit of truth and justice, and this book was a little disappointing. I did learn quite a bit about life on the road as a trucker, but that was not what I was looking for when I bought this book.

History brought back to life

A colorful and thoughtful glimpse into a fascinating part of the American story. Well written and performed by Newcomb and Rinella who are clearly taken with their subject, the men (Daniel Boone most prominently) have who opened the country in their commercial pursuit of the whitetail deer. Every American deer hunter should know this piece of their past.

I can't wait until this entire thing goes into the Dustbin of History. Donald Trump, Q Anon all the crazy is fascinating but completely destructive and toxic. there were times when the narrator seemed as crazy as his subject in his single-mindedness to uncover the identity. of the notorious Q. interesting to listen to all of this but it does not bring out the best in US to say the least
