This was a total waste of money! The audible contradicts itself on every page. on one page describes “16/8” means 16 hours of fasting and eight hours of in which to have your meals; then you turn to the sample 3-week plan and it shows 8 hours of fasting and 16 hours of eating per day, all the while suggesting a diet of 500 calories a day! The “work” went straight in the garbage can!

I'm giving this audio book 5-Stars because it has all the best ways and procedures for people who are trying to quit smoking. I'm still trying to quit smoking, but it is a process. I am acting according to the guidelines in this audio book and I believe I'm on the path to recovery. Hopefully, by the time I finished listening to this audio book, I will be able to draw myself out from the hell.
