Would you listen to Blood Wager again? Why?
I did listened to it once more. Why? I knew I missed some details. I was distracted, because I was driving.
What did you like best about this story?
What I liked the best was her maturity. She was made into a vampire at an old age and you can feel her maturity. I really enjoyed that. There were times that I wanted to hit her, but realized that I would be freaking out too... hehe. Sometimes I felt she was "too perfect" and that annoyed me a little. I truly enjoyed this book and I am a bit sadden that the rest of the series is not available (yet).
What does Traci Odom bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I am not sure. I really liked her. She is not my favorite, sorry, however, she was great and I can appreciate a narrator that adds to the story instead of... well, you know. Thank you, Tracy!
Any additional comments?
Ok, when I am looking for a new book I read reviews, so, here it goes: 1. There are no sex scenes in this audiobook. There is some flirting, but no sex. I didn't miss it. I enjoyed it. 2. She is mature and rational-logical. 3. Sometimes you want to hit the male lead with a brick (don't worry he is a vampire). 4. It's about 24 chapters long 5. It's a sequel, but the rest of the series it's already out. However, It's only available in kindle (grumble). 6. You can listen to the preview and check out the narrator. She is good and not annoying. 7. Sometimes the dialogue can get confusing, but it's mostly in a 1st person for the protagonist and 3rd person when you get a little snippets of the other character's thoughts. Ok! I hope this helps. I am really looking forward the other books... come on Audible!!!! Sorry about any misspelling! :D Thank you! Best regards,--

During a prison break that devolved into one of the bloodiest massacres in recent history, he escapes. But the aftermath of his unspeakable torture preys on his damaged mind, while the wolf inside him roars for vengeance and carnage. In the days leading up to the full moon, can MacRieve rein in his beast, even when he encounters his mate - a vexingly impossible female unlike anything he'd ever dreamed for himself?

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
It was alright. I cannot pinpoint the problem, it was just ok. Not spectacular.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
Well, the small preview for next book made it better.
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
I think this is what bothers me. I've listen to 3 books in this series and it has been the same accent/voice for the protagonists. My first book was Lothaire and since then ALL the males, sound like Lothaire. Now, the next book... same voice. It changed from the one he had during this book to "Lothaire voice".
What would have made this romance irresistible?
I don't know. *shrug*
Any additional comments?
I love Kresley. She is an instant buy for me, but I think I will preview the audiobook next time and maybe get the book on my nook and imagine a sexy male voice for the protagonist *giggles*

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, but I would recommend to read/listen to the other two books first. This book ties it all together, the first two are "action" "adventure" and "flirting" packed, this was more cheesy romance. I really liked that the author used 3 books to tell us the story, instead of rushing things in one book. Good job!
What about Therese Plummer’s performance did you like?
I like her sexy voice! LOL
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I blushed a lot, since I was listening to this while driving. I also cried a little bit towards the end. I was also a bit frustrated (stubborn Hawk!).

Historia
The darling daughter of a champion Thoroughbred breeder, Camille "Cami" Hines has a pedigree that rivals some of her father’s best horses. Other than feeling a little suffocated at times, Cami thought she was happy with her boyfriend, her life, and her future - until she met Patrick Henley.
"Trick" blurs the lines between what Cami wants and what is expected of her - and he just happens to be so sexy she can’t keep her hands off him.

Can't even finish it >.<
Revisado: 04-18-13
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
The story... They don't have any depth. The unoriginal story of "boy lusts after girl" (vice-verse) dad hates boy and girl doesn't know what to do.
What could M. Leighton have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Add some sort of personality to the characters. Perhaps take it father than "She is so hot, Damn", "he is so hot, all those muscles!" (sigh)
Which scene was your favorite?
I loved the narrators, they were awesome!
Any additional comments?
I read many good reviews and that's why I got it. If you can waste your credits on simple stories that you can get for free at your local library, go for it. However, I cannot. I guess I will finish it... someday... I listen to Audible while I drive every day (4hrs a day total) and two hours listening to a book that makes me want to slap the characters it's just not enjoyable.Sorry if my review bothers you but this is my honest opinion.

Historia
Plagued by a war between magic and technology, Atlanta has never been so deadly. Good thing Kate Daniels is on the job. Kate Daniels may have quit the Order of Merciful Aid, but she's still knee-deep in paranormal problems. Or she would be if she could get someone to hire her. Starting her own business has been more challenging than she thought it would be - now that the Order is disparaging her good name, and many potential clients are afraid of getting on the bad side of the Beast Lord, who just happens to be Kate's mate.

Maravilloso!
Revisado: 01-16-13
Where does Magic Slays rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
On the top, right next to all the other books from the Magic Series.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Curran and Kate, of course! I do not know exactly why... There is this connection between them or perhaps is the whole "not really having sex scenes" thing that makes it really exciting. Is up to "you" to imagine how good it really is.
Which scene was your favorite?
Cannot decide! Loved the whole book! However, there is a part between Kate and Julie towards the end that made my eyes water. I could almost feel the tears on the narrator's voice. It was great!
Any additional comments?
Renee is an excellent narrator and even though I had this book on my nook I had to get it on audio too! Good job!

Delicioso!
Revisado: 12-19-12
Where does The Immortal Rules rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This audiobook gave me hope on YA books. It opened this category for me and I really enjoyed the narrator and I've become a "fan".
What I liked the most was that the author took her time and developed the story...Why she became a vampire? Why can she hold off the hunger? Why does she want to be "good"? I really enjoyed the "rules".
There were times that I wondered, "wow, what would I do if this really happens?" or "I can understand why she doesn't know what a lawnmower is"
I really loved it and I cannot wait for the next book.
Thank you J.K!
