I've listened to this every week since I downloaded it a few months ago, and find it extremely helpful in relaxation and keeping me grounded. I love the tone and cadence of it; it less like a reading and more like an impassioned conversation with a friend. He removes the religious and new-age-y connotations from meditation, and explains how awareness fits in with thoughts, senses, mind and body.

The narration on this was spot on. The stuff between the announcement of each chapter and the end of the chapter was great, however the chapter titles and the questions at the end of each chapter were not for me. I would have rather had a nice summary of topics covered in the chapter as opposed to the quiz and more normal chapter titles. Again, I am not saying that the writer didn't know the topic and cover it correctly. Just sharing a thought or two.

This audiobook does have a word list of about 200 words (which I find really relevant) but that is not the only thing it has. It teaches you how to build vocabulary, fix spellings and improve pronunciation the right way. It is more of a roadmap to all of this than a set of examples. Great book, I thoroughly enjoyed it!

This is the most articulate, insightful book I've listen on the Enneagram. Author so clearly describes each type and then breaks them down into three subsequent subtypes. It's fascinating to see how different the countertype subtype can be from the other subtypes. I also thoroughly enjoyed the appendix which compares and contrasts each Enneagram type. If you love the Enneagram, this is a must-have.
