Tragedy. Drama. Bigotry. Feminism. Improved at chapter 42. How on earth so many people enjoyed this is beyond me. Read this if you want to constantly feel sadness disappointment and frustration up until the end .
I don’t leave negative reviews. But hoping to spare someone 12 hours of unpleasant feelings

I was motivated to buy this book after I saw Dr. Diana on the Today show.
I loved the advice, I am 30- I have been in 2 serious relationships both ended.... was it me?
Anyways, I am in a new relationship- I don't ever want it to end so I thought maybe I should take a proactive step. I enjoyed this and would definitely recommend to all of my single girlfriends in the "girlfriend/boyfriend" stage. This will show you how to max your potential so you can be a partner that someone wants to spend his life with. Also, it teaches the girls when they are dating a guy that will never "shape up" I loved this, and I think he best way to appreciate is to listen, but also get a hard copy to make notes to reference back to.

I wasn't sure about JM the first time I popped in one of her first exercise DVD's however, 2 years later- I am a fan. I love where her heart comes from.
This is good on audio, mind you she does swear so if you are not comfortable w/ that maybe cover your ears.. lol.
She addresses many issues, but more importantly game plans to live a more effective life to acheive goals etc.
I wished I had a written copy to mark and highlight sections I enjoyed and would like to flip back to. I suggest buying both to get the most use out of her advice.
