Historia
The margrave owns the finest hunting grounds for miles around — and who teaches children to read, but by night this young beauty has become the secret lifeline to the poorest of the poor. For Jorgen Hartman, the margrave’s forester, tracking down a poacher is a duty he is all too willing to perform. Jorgen inherited his post from the man who raised him...a man who was murdered at the hands of a poacher. When Jorgen and Odette meet at the Midsummer festival and share a connection during a dance, neither has any idea that they are already adversaries.

The narrator makes this book almost painful to listen to.

I want to finish, but the Narrator is very BORING!

Any additional comments?
I haven't even finished the book. It seems like it would be a really great story, but I just can't listen to the narrator. The voice she uses is so monotone and emotionless. It makes it hard to even tell who is speaking. It's the same voice for every character. Granted, I didn't get far, but I would really like to.

Good story, HORRIBLE narrator
Revisado: 05-18-16
What made the experience of listening to Everlasting the most enjoyable?
The most enjoyable was the story itself. I really enjoyed the actual plot, but the narrator had an almost robotic whiny voice! It was absolutely dreadful. It made it very difficult to get through the book. I'll be returning it because of that.
What did you like best about this story?
What I liked best was the world that the author made.
Would you be willing to try another one of Rebecca Hansen’s performances?
As long as it didn't have the same narrator yes.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I would've if the narrator wasn't so whiny and robotic
Any additional comments?
Please please please change the narrator for the second book!
