Narrators are great. The characterization is great. Thats where that ends

Narrators are so good. So great. But the book overall is slow, which sort of works because this relationship really shouldn’t happen. But mostly I hate the main character forgiving her father, who is a pedophile. How the MCs relationship somehow is supposed to make it all ok. Just no. So much no. I get the premise of the book is a popular fantasy. But can’t take the bad premise on top of that.

The narrator is wonderful. The story is trash.

This a deeply disturbed person’s wet dream. Beyond perverted. It is deeply disturbing, and I recommend people avoid it.
