Really affirmed me
Revisado: 07-14-23
This is by far one of the best books I’ve ever consumed, let alone listened too. It felt good to be affirmed in my current practices, and learn how to improve them. 10/10

It’s so close to being great.
Revisado: 07-10-23
The reader? Awesome, his voice is one you don’t get tired of.
The content? Great, extremely wordy at times and a bit sciency for most, but if you’re smart enough to understand what’s being said you don’t need to know every term.
It’s really just that it’s 10+ hours of it. It’s a long listen, and eventually it all starts to sound the same. The advice is really good, you can just kind of guess what he’s gonna say after the first 7 hours.

Historia
Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars. Now, he's sure he'll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he’s alive - and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive. But Mark isn't ready to give up yet.

Pretty good, could be better
Revisado: 06-26-23
First and foremost, an awesome story if you're into reality-based fiction. It's a great story, I just got bored halfway through. It would help if the voice actor of different characters was different, you get tired of hearing the same dude's voice for 11 hours.

Sure, it’s not the complete version. But if you want that version, go get it. For what it is, it’s a really good listen.

Historia
The Zombie War came unthinkably close to eradicating humanity. Max Brooks, driven by the urgency of preserving the acid-etched first-hand experiences of the survivors from those apocalyptic years, traveled across the United States of America and throughout the world, from decimated cities that once teemed with upwards of 30 million souls, to the most remote and inhospitable areas of the planet.

Awesome listen
Revisado: 05-24-23
First and foremost, the voice actors in this book are awesome. Each character has their own identity, and every word is pronounced clearly. The story itself is written excellently, much better than the movie with a shared name. 10/10

Historia
Among the ashes of a dying world, an agent of the Commandment finds a letter. It reads: Burn before reading. Thus begins an unlikely correspondence between two rival agents hellbent on securing the best possible future for their warring factions. Now, what began as a taunt, a battlefield boast, becomes something more. Something epic. Something romantic. Something that could change the past and the future. Except the discovery of their bond would mean the death of each of them. There’s still a war going on, after all. And someone has to win. That’s how war works, right?

An amazing read/listen, glad a random tweet put me onto it. Don’t look up anything as details could spoil the fun. Just get into it.
