I hoped for more

Interesting topic, but this book falls flat on explaining the why behind fears and what to do about them. Reframing can only take you so far. I read this in a book club and the archetype characteristics didn’t really match or ring true for anyone in the group… it felt like a stretch to match buzz words. The second half of the book didn’t have much to do with the first half of the book. A very surface read. Most of the book club broke up with the book 3/4 through.
