Two creative, professionals worth listening to
Revisado: 02-05-23
Entrepreneurs, creatives, problem solvers. Both Blair and David have written multiple books. a few of which I own, and they are very insightful. Their podcast covers many topics that they both touch on in their books and explore many creative, expert problems as business owners. Well worth listening to.

Historia
A manifesto of business practices for those who sell ideas and advice, The Win Without Pitching Manifesto lays out 12 steps - in the form of proclamations - that owners of creative businesses can take to distance themselves from their competition, regain the high ground in their client relationships and learn to win business without first parting with their thinking or writing lengthy proposals. The 12 proclamations were written to inspire owners of independent creative businesses to rethink how their services are bought and sold.

Superb insights into professional new habbits.

This is by far some of the best information I could have ever hoped to learn and explore. Blair seems to draw from a place where he, himself, understood that positioning was and is key - and then establishes part of that positioning with this manifesto. The knowledge and information contained within Blair's manifesto left me with multiple "ah-ha!" moments, but also reinforced and helped ground my worried mind on choices I'd made regarding principles in his manifesto that I didn't know were the right choice for me all along.
I'd enormously recommend this book in e-book or physical copy to any creative professional looking to elevate their business and themselves with positioning and mindset. If you take anything away these invaluable writings, I'd say that Blair's outlook on how we need to act regarding positioning as creative professionals is well worth the price. Everything else in the manifesto is beyond extra, and superb information that's well-read, and delivered clearly and concisely - resulting in very easy to comprehend and reference again.
