The storyline was not good. The voice actor kept mixing up the voices the erotica within the book it fairly well, but the book had a lot of holes in the storyline, which didn’t make sense at all so you were less wanting at the end.

I just wish the stories were longer and there were more of them. I really love how the author shows the characters personalities and humor. I can’t wait for the next book of Shinning and her cats.

Great addition to this series.

If you are looking for a great series, these are the books for you. I love this series because of the humor, the camaraderie and the compassion that it shows with the main character. The formation of all the characters are great and believable sometimes it makes me wish I was a wizard as well. I can’t wait for book 7 to come out.

How much difference and narrator makes a story

No disrespect to anyone who helped make this audiobook, but this audiobook is not up to the standard you guys have set. The narrator was not on the same level as the last narrator. He didn’t bring the book to life as it’s normally is, when I listened to it. The book by itself is awesome. It was like makers tried to remake a really good recipe but re-created it with crappy ingredients. I hope for the rest of the series, the makers return to Gilbert Jackson, as narrator. Other than the narration, everything else was awesome as usual.

Great story.

The story kept me on the edge of my seat, as well as keeping me, guessing on what was next to come. The main character Kayde was very well put together as were all the characters in the book this book. The author had me wanting to do research of many of the historical aspects that was floated in the book, but all in all it was great.

Slow build up but good cliffhanger

As the title says, it’s a good cliffhanger, but slow builder. The characters are interesting, and the plot is a new spin on some old ideas. I will look forward to listening to the next installment of the series.

Wonderful ending to a great series.

I’m am certainly glad that I stumbled upon this series almost 6 years ago. The characters and adventures are well thought out and thrilling. It’s hard to think there will not be any more stories to continue this series. As in many of the audio books in this series the performance and the story was awesome. I recommend this series to anyone young and old as the entertainment was very fulfilling. I hope to see this in a tv format or film version somewhere down the line. I hope you enjoyed this story too.

Story is great, performance is lacking

Being an avid follower of this series have enjoyed the performances of the first two series narrator’s. The third series performance so far is lacking greatly. The wonderful wide range of character voices and nuances given by the previous readers was not passed on in this book and thus did not do this story justice. This performance will not stop me from listening to the rest of this series but a little bit of the joy I had has been taken out because of this reader. I hope I’m the only one that showed displeasure in this matter meaning the problem is with me.
