Lovely, amazing, wonderful, thought provoking
Revisado: 12-06-22
Sara is an outstanding example of not allowing the incredible horrors of her experience to cloud the rest of her life. She chose love, kindness, caring, instead of constant fear and distrust.

Historia
Charm is good business. It can increase your income, boost your status, and establish and maintain your reputation. Most businesspeople don't fully understand the concept of charm. It ought to be a reflex, a conditioned response, to "turn on the charm" when dealing with customers, clients, associates, and employees, but it isn't. Charm draws customers. Charm gets noticed. But charm is only partly innate. Much of it is learned.

A waste of time
Revisado: 06-02-12
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Nothing that I can think of
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
Yes
You didn???t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
A couple
Any additional comments?
This author is completely wrong about charm. A master manipulator and psychopath is not charming! They are just master manipulators and psychopaths.
