But his numbers beyond Detroit may be even more deadly: With his April 2000 arrest on Michigan Avenue, one of Detroit's thriving areas of prostitution, Armstrong confessed to numerous other killings around the country and world from serving in the Navy aboard the USS Nimitz in the 1990s.

Boring retelling of a horrible set of crimes, which could have just as easily been the reading of a grocery list. I appreciate the focus on victims versus sensationalizing the killer, but I fell asleep four different times trying to hold my interest. The narrator was monotone and lifeless in her presentation.
