Historia
Lucy Silchester has received an appointment card. Actually, she's been invited along a few times to this appointment, but she keeps brushing the gold-embossed envelope under the shag pile carpet. She's taken her eye off the ball and has busied herself with work (a job she doesn't love), helping out friends, fixing her car, feeding her cat, seeing her family, and devoting her time to their life dramas. But Lucy is about to find out that this is one appointment that she can't miss.

This is the best book I have "read" in years! I already loved this author but this is some of her best work.

A grown up Nanny McPhee story with the grip of adult's struggles and stressors.
Which character – as performed by Amy Creighton – was your favorite?
The reading was overall excellent.
Who was the most memorable character of The Time of My Life and why?
The character of life is so interesting. It could be explored as its own character more.

Historia
In her first work of nonfiction, the beloved star of Gilmore Girls and Parenthood recounts her experiences on Gilmore Girls - the first and second times - and shares stories about life, love, and working in Hollywood. This collection of essays is written in the intimate, hilarious, and down-to-earth voice that made her novel, Someday, Someday, Maybe, a New York Times best seller.

Amazing but let HER talk!!
Revisado: 12-02-16
Someone told Lauren to slow down when she's reading. I have been a fan forever and remain a huge fan of Lauren Graham mainly because of her fast talking quirky manner. However it seems while she was narrating someone must have told her to slow down because every time she could have read in fast tongue tied rate she stops and reads at a normal pace. I was so disappointed over and over again. The reading is so clearly written in the way she speaks that not reading it that way is a disservice. I am a fan and a continued supporter but let HER talk.
