Such a detailed book. Well audible. I appreciate all the things I have never heard about before listening to this book. All the things the author and other Marines went through during the war. My heart goes out to All of you. All the horrible things that Americans put returning Veterans through because they didn’t want to learn or support our Veterans. Welcome home to all Veterans of the Vietnam War.

Leon had the emotional strength to take a long journey and he taught me and probably others that there are many kind people from all walks of life willing to help him on his journey. But sometimes not. I listen on audible book. A must listen or read !! I truly enjoyed it !!

This is a very Interesting audible book. I like how the author talks about his training and his experience in a war zone as a doctor. I would have liked to hear more details of his medical cases, but that is just me. If I could have given 10 stars I would have!!!! I will be listening to his book again!!!
