Historia
We do not have even fragments of the teachings of former World Teachers given prior to certain knowledge of Their existence. We do not have the teachings of a Christ, or a Buddha, or a Krishna, except seen through the eyes of later followers. For the first time, we are given the flavor of the thoughts and insights of a Being of immeasurable stature, to enable us to understand the path of evolution stretching ahead of us which He has come to outline for us.

Hope for the future of humanity
Revisado: 01-24-25
I realized that the media is feeding us with propaganda and fear, and that our government is doing the same! Why would we live in fear when joy and togetherness, and love are our destiny? Some of the things that are said are hard to believe, take some time to think about what has been said, then go back and read it again . Our leaders want us to live in fear. Why? Control? To bec

Historia
Patric Gagne realized she made others uncomfortable before she started kindergarten. Something about her caused people to react in a way she didn’t understand. She suspected it was because she didn’t feel things the way other kids did. Emotions like fear, guilt, and empathy eluded her. For the most part, she felt nothing. And she didn’t like the way that “nothing” felt.

The writing style
Revisado: 11-02-24
I disliked nothing in this book, it’s not clinical. It’s the story of a woman’s life written, very well. In fact, I’m gonna read it again right now! I would say that we all have some of these traits and obsessions and emotional problems, or hurdles. It was very interesting to see how she dealt with everything, and of course she was very lucky to have Richard as her husband.

I have enjoyed reading this book so much that I have read it four times in the last year. All of the characters are well developed and the storyline and the places that they end up could not be better. I’ve been a reader my whole life here I am at 74 finally reading my favorite book of all time. I hope that you enjoy it as well

Very interesting and believable story. The science is right at our doorstep and will change billions of lives. The story is filled with suspense, and you never know what’s going to happen next, so it is not all science it is a very well written book.

A really depressing book.
Revisado: 12-26-22
One of the most depressing books I have ever listened to. Abuse abuse and more abuse. How much abuse can a little child take coming from all directions. If you purchase this book the only chapter worth reading is the last one, where at least something finally goes right. I would return this book if I could

Historia
Like many well-to-do Upper East Siders over the age of 65, esteemed art appraiser Percival Skinner had planned to spend his retirement living off his savings. But a market correction has left him living below his prior means. One day he’s visited by a dapper fixer in search of a famous work by a Renaissance master. Skinner knows the work well: The original was owned by his ancestor, and was passed down through his family over the generations. If, as an intermediary, he can coordinate a sale, a small fortune awaits. Problem is, he might not be the only one on the make.

Good read
Revisado: 09-30-22
Very engaging short story, red by John Lithgow. One of his other books, the Lincoln Highway, I have read four times and each time I find details that I had missed the first time around. Being an avid reader, this year I have switched to recorded books and Mr. towels Books are very well read and the characters detailed and brought out. I would say anyone would enjoy this book. I love his writing.
