Wonderfully written story arc
Revisado: 04-11-25
I really enjoyed the story arc of the four books, it was well written and performed and you grow attached to the burgeoning family that grows from the chaos.

Great build-up to a satisfying finish
Revisado: 03-31-25
I really enjoy how, through the authors words, I am always able to for a connection with the characters as if I have a stake in their fates. He also always does a great job incorporating tech, science and military in a way that makes it feel real, he definitely does his homework. I’ve read/listened to everything of his on Audible and I have yet to come away feeling like it wasn’t time well spent. Another great job!

Historia
It’s easy to be pessimistic about the state of our country these days, but as McCormick explains, if the true test of a great country is its capacity for self-renewal, the United States of America stands apart. Our country has continually defeated grave threats and overcome domestic divisions when the odds have been stacked against us. That’s the American story, and we can do it again. Drawing on decades of leadership in business, the military, and government, McCormick issues a call for visionary servant leadership.

A must read do you understand it he pervasiveness to China and the needed American response.
Revisado: 04-04-23
This is an absolute must read when you want to understand how America is falling short of its duties in combating the Chinese communist party. McCormick should have won the Pennsylvania senate race, and the United States is worse off for not having him in the Senate.

Great story, lackluster performance
Revisado: 09-12-22
I loved the story but it would be nice if the performer would become more familiar with the previous works and some of the scientific details. The narrator throughout the odyssey one series did a fantastic job but this narrator miss-pronounced virtually every single race, faction, world name and most of the scientific names. As well as being inconsistent with firmly established accents and pace of the book. Certain parts of the action scenes he read in a thrilling fast paced cadence, as he should, but many other parts of the book seemed too slow and lacked emotion and empathy. As with the entire odyssey one series though, the storyline and characters were impeccable.
